2 Train the Sales Team
We will train your sales team to use a visual-based sales pipeline approach, using our Prospect Management™ programme. This is either a half or a full-day workshop. The programme has been implemented by over 10,000 sales teams.
3 CRM Set-up (Reporting)
We’ll help you to set up a sales reporting architecture that uses a common language across the sales organisation. We work with most CRM tools, but in particular, our Board™ system, works best in Salesforce.com and Pipedrive CRM. Our recommended reporting suite for sales includes Activity, Leads, Pipeline and Forecast reporting.
