We strongly recommend that you follow our proven business development path in order to take control of your income. This involves:

  1. Daily prospecting.
  2. Building lists of opportunities and prospects (And, investing – small amounts – in outside help in this regard).
  3. Securing referrals from everyone you meet and setting yourself referral and leads targets.

Marketing

DEI advocates practical marketing. That means that when you spend money on marketing, it will be to acquire measurable numbers of opportunities and leads. We’ll advise you on what works best in terms of marketing investment, but acquiring business lists, building email (inquiry) lists and maximizing the use of “direct” media – including online – are the proven approaches. Our philosophy is: Your marketing has to support your “pipeline” – and your income.

Costs

Unlike expensive franchise operations – remember, we operate a license system - we charge a low entry fee with a fixed monthly charge. This has a number of advantages:

You can now spend your investment money on promoting your business and supporting your own income during the build-up period. (People who buy expensive franchises often have little money left over to support themselves in the early days, and no money left over to promote their business.)

Once you reach a certain level of sales, profitability increases further. Over time, this will add in excess of $100,000 in direct income.

You will be able to keep printing and shipping costs to a minimum because we supply you with the materials electronically. Again, this amounts to a substantial savings – and extra income for you - over the years (the equivalent of at least 10% of turnover).

Because we are issuing you with a license, there are no marketing fund fees and you also avoid the reporting and administration costs normally associated with franchises.

Profit – Investment is low and Margins are high

This is a very profitable business. It is also a very secure business, because over time, you build a solid repeat customer base. Your reputation, combined with the impact of the DEI sales process with clients, leads to continued usage and more referrals. Expect to earn profits well in excess of 70% of turnover.
